Hi, I’m Vicky, founder of ‘The Beez Kneez’.
Before starting in fitness I worked for an international advertising agency. I felt unfit, stressed and chained to a desk. One day, I’d had enough so I decided I’d run the London Marathon to get fitter! OK, so I’m not one to do things by halves, yet this experience changed my life! The benefits from completing the Marathon were amazing. I became leaner and improved my nutritional habits and self-confidence.
That was my trigger to take a career change. I qualified in personal training, nutrition and prenatal and postnatal fitness. After getting experience in local Gyms, I noticed a lack of knowledge of fitness for pregnant women or women's fat loss programmes for new mums. In addition, realistic nutrition advice was often a missing element of advice. So, I founded ‘The Beez Kneez’ mobile fitness and nutrition for mums to be and new mums. We offer a range of fitness solutions at different price points from online training, group fitness classes and Personal Training that are convenient, save time, enjoyable and get great results. It's my mission to 'spice' up the image of fitness and give it that ' element of glamour'. I want to inspire mums to be and new mums to enjoy fitness, create better habits and get the body they deserve!There are a few things that you may want to know, about why our service helps Brides, Mums to be and New Mums with their fitness, body shape and food dilemmas. In the fitness industry this practice of treating people well is not common enough. We treat people BETTER than they want or expect to be treated. Out trainers and instructors are the client's fitness expert, and also their trusted friend.
We eliminate childcare worries
Do you worry about who is looking after your child while you do your fitness session? Or do you feel guilty about leaving your child or baby while you ‘do something’ for mum. We provide group classes for mums and their babies, so you bring your baby along too; in fact they help you get fitter. Click (LINK) for more details).
Convenient services Our hours are also flexible we provide training after work hours or early mornings and Saturdays are available. Group fitness classes for Mums to be are after work hours and group fitness classes for Mums and Babies are before the baby feeds or sleeps! You do not need a membership to join the classes. We also remind you of your session appointment or class time via SMS text message just in case you forget!
Time Saving That’s minutes wasted that you could spend getting fitter and more toned. Personal Nutrition and Personal Training is in the luxury of your own home, so we save you time Group sessions are at various locations at convenient times that are easy to get to and don’t require membership.
Low cost options Personal Training sessions and Personal Nutrition programmes may be paid for in monthly installments. Our group classes are ‘pay as you go’ and do not require direct debits or membership to attend. Our online training provides access to a personal trainer but at a much more accessible cost

Trainers who are registered with full qualifications Trainers with the beez kneez are fully qualified, have degrees and we are members of members of exercise professionals and the National Register of Personal Trainers.
