Our mobile personal training programme is a convenient solution so a new mum looks, feels and is the 'Beez Kneez' following the birth of her baby.
Adapted and tailored for all stages of post pregnancy - 6 weeks after the baby, 6 months or 12 months and for any level of fitness.

Our Post Natal Personal Fitness Training Programme
consists of:
- Session 1: An evaluation of your needs, current fitness and movement patterns
- Session 2: Technique instruction and coaching for correct technique of each exercise
- Structured training sessions consisting of: warm-up, body sculpting and toning, cardio-vascular intervals, a cool down and stretch
An expertly designed plan and compilation of appropriate exercises in one personalized and
unique programme: Tailored to your lifestyle, equipment availability,
personal goals
- Progress checks, incorporated into your fourth week of training sessions (every 4 weeks)
- Exercise programme updates provided by your trainer (every 4 weeks)
Programme Prices:
Low Risk: You may opt out of either programme after an initial 4 sessions if you choose.
Silver Fitness: Shape up and lose half a stone in 4 weeks.
10 sessions including 2 evaluation and technique sessions and 8 training sessions.
You can either take these sessions in 4 weeks, with 3 sessions a week
or in 5 weeks with 2 sessions a week or 10 weeks with 1 session a week.
Spread payments over 3 months: just £289 per month OR

Platinum Fitness: A bikini body and lose a stone in 6 weeks.
20 sessions including 2 evaluation and technique sessions and 18 training sessions.You can either take these sessions in 6 weeks, with 3 sessions a week
