A post natal class that helps to get new mums their pre-baby body back fast and the baby comes too. 
In a baby sling or lying next to Mum, the baby joins in too whilst a new mums tone up their stomach muscles and get back into shape.
Babies join in from 6 weeks to 18 months. For all stages of post pregnancy (from 6 weeks) and all levels of fitness.

Safe, effective strength and resistance exercises for tone, balance and cardio-vascular fitness. All taught by instructors who have specialized qualifications in postnatal exercise and consultancy. The Instructor provides adaptations for mums who have particular weaknesses – bad backs or knees plus there are low impact alternatives if you have been up all night with a teething baby.

PLUS all participants have access to:

  • Ten minute question and answer session with your expert instructor after the class
  • Complimentary guide: 'How to eat to get back into shape fast'

Where: Ealing Dance Studio, 96-98 Pitshanger Lane, Ealing. 
When: Thursdays, from 10th April 2008, at 11am.
Duration: 60 minutes.

Price: Pay as you go: £12 per class
A block of 5 sessions: £60

At The  Beez Kneez, Fit Mum and Baby we emphasis the importance of exercise after having a baby. All participants should have had a 6-week postnatal check before starting with the Fit Mum and Baby class.
