Join our classes and be a Fit mum with a fit baby..
A post natal class that helps to get new mums their pre-baby body back fast and the baby comes too.
In a baby sling or lying next to Mum, the baby joins in too whilst a new mums tone up their stomach muscles and get back into shape. Babies join in from 6 weeks to 18 months. For all stages of post pregnancy (from 6 weeks) and all levels of fitness. Safe, effective strength and resistance exercises for tone, balance and cardio-vascular fitness. All taught by instructors who have specialized qualifications in postnatal exercise and consultancy. The Instructor provides adaptations for mums who have particular weaknesses – bad backs or knees plus there are low impact alternatives if you have been up all night with a teething baby.
