Aqua Jogging
Jogging or running in deep water while wearing a floatation belt. Reduces risk of injuries and great for leaner legs. An excellent fat burner and cardio workout.
Kick Boxing
To get physically stronger and aerobically fitter. Boxing is good for confidence as you build good reaction and self defence skills! Canoeing
Living by the river means that this is a great way to start getting fit! You can ease yourself into training, beginning with 20 minutes of continuous paddling and increasing the duration of the sessions throughout the year, along with a mix of aerobic work and boat control. The results can be impressive and you are in the fresh air.
Triathlon
Incorporating Swimming, cycling and running, you will get a serious cardio-workout. All the major muscle groups will be used and it provides variety and fun if you participate in a team. Wakeboarding. This can seriously burn about 450 calories per hour and if you practice regularly you can improve the strength in your upper body, legs and stomach. It’s very hip and as gravity pulls you sideways onto the wake of the water so you can perform turns and tricks that you couldn’t on a snowboard.
Indoor Climbing
